LTC Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehab services in a skilled nursing facility. This role offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to work closely with residents throughout their recovery process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and establish treatment plans
• Provide therapy services focused on strength, mobility, and pain reduction
• Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Track resident progress and complete documentation
