Job Description
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client. The Regional Rehab & Turn Manager is a senior operations leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end rehab and turn performance across a market or region. This role drives execution across speed, cost, quality, and resident experience, while leading internal teams and third‑party vendors to deliver consistent, scalable results. This role is best suited for a hands-on operations leader who can scale execution through teams, manage complex construction/turn pipelines, and drive performance through data and accountability. Ideal candidates blend field expertise with leadership discipline and can transition from tactical execution to strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive performance of all rehab and turn projects across a regional portfolio. Ensuring execution meets company targets for cost efficiency, quality standards and resident experience metrics. Responsible for identifying gaps and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and develop a team consisting of supervisors, superintendents and field service staff.
- Review and approve budgets, scopes of work, and change orders. Partner with leadership on financial forecasting and reporting.
- Utilize dashboards, reporting tools and KPI’s to monitor operations performance
- Coordinate staffing schedules and field coverage across multiple geographic areas
- Review project scopes and collaborate with leadership recommendations and cost strategies
- Monitor project expenses, approve invoices, and ensure billing accuracy
- Analyze operational reporting to identify trends, performance gaps, and process improvements
- Oversee contractor relationships, including work quality, pricing consistency, and project execution
- Escalate budget variances and provide supporting analysis for leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety expectations, and applicable regulations
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years in Construction management, property operations, or maintenance leadership
- Experience managing: Multi-site or regional operations and large teams and vendor networks
- Experience in Residential Construction, Multifamily or property management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong understanding budgeting, and vendor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reporting tools and operational systems preferred
