Commercial Property Manager

Zukin Realty is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial properties in the West Chester, PA area. This is not a sales-focused role. We are looking for a strong operator who can manage property operations, coordinate maintenance and vendors, maintain tenant satisfaction, and bring structure and accountability to the portfolio.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining a high level of professionalism and follow-through.

Compensation

• $60,000-$70,000

$60,000 - $70,000

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple commercial properties
• Manage vendor relationships
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure buildings are maintained properly
• Work closely with tenants to address operational concerns and maintain positive relationships
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking property expenses
• Maintain organized records, reports, and property documentation
• Help improve operational systems and processes across the portfolio
• Coordinate with ownership regarding property needs, priorities, and ongoing projects

• Previous experience in commercial property management, facilities management, operations management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools
• Self-starter who can take ownership without constant oversight
• Local to the West Chester, PA area or able to commute reliably
