Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead therapy services within our skilled nursing facility. This opportunity is open to licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) with leadership experience who are ready to oversee a dynamic rehab department.
About the Role:
As DOR, you will be responsible for managing all therapy operations while supporting a team focused on delivering effective, resident-centered care. This role blends clinical oversight with team leadership and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations of the rehab department, including PT, OT, and SLP services
- Supervise staff scheduling, caseload distribution, and department productivity
- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, PDPM standards, and state/federal regulations
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies to improve quality of care
- Partner with facility leadership, nursing, and medical teams to coordinate services
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development within the therapy department

Qualifications:
- Active OT or COTA license required
