Bell Attendant

The Bell Attendant creates a welcoming environment for Resort guests. They will facilitate their arrival or departure in an exceptional manner and shuttle guests to destinations. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

$17 hourly

• Takes initiative to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Open doors, greet guests, and assist with luggage.
• Keep the lobby area tidy by sweeping and removing refuse.
• Assist guests by giving directions and providing important information about the Resort and local attractions.
• Bus luggage porter.
• Assist with check-in desk as needed.
• May assist other departments as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Expert in the art of gracious hospitality.
• Positive, outgoing individual.
• Customer service oriented, ensures that every guest has an excellent experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least one (1) year of hotel or customer service experience is preferred. A valid Pennsylvania Class A Commercial Driver's License is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds for luggage assistance.
