We provide in-home support to adults with disabilities across Minnesota. Our person-centered approach helps individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful livesone day at a time.

Position Overview

Were hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks
• Support budgeting and financial routines
• Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement
• Promote independent living through personalized support

Current Openings

Apple Valley- 21 hours per week; schedule to be determined; male staff only.

Belle Plaine-8 hours per week; schedule to be determined; female staff only.

Burnsville: 4 hours per week; Schedule: Tuesday 1p-4p; Staff Preference: Female


Chaska- 8 hours per week, Tuesday's 9a-5p; female staff only.

Chaska- 4 hours per week; Thursday's afternoons; female staff only.

Prior Lake- 10 hours per week, schedule to be determined.

Savage- 6 hours per week; afternoon or early evenings twice a week; female staff preferred.

Shakopee- 8 hours per week; to be determined.

Waconia- 4 hours per week, Wednesday 11a-3p, female staff only.

Qualifications

Must pass a 245D background study
Valid drivers license
Reliable vehicle and current car insurance
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
