Nursing Assistants

Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at an assisted living and behavioral health facility. In this role, you will provide direct support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans
• Support residents with behavioral health needs using patience and de-escalation techniques
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping
• Encourage social interaction and participation in activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
