The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a regional engineering division, including revenue, staffing, and operations.


  • Oversee regional engineering operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and project requirements
  • Manage project backlog, staffing plans, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency and growth
  • Drive financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control across engineering projects
  • Lead major engineering and marine projects, providing oversight and strategic direction
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact
  • Coordinate with the Vice President on regional strategy, business development, and operational planning
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to delivery standards across all engineering work
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (PE required).
  • 10–15 years’ experience in engineering leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and revenue.
  • Strong business and operational acumen.

Schedule

  • Primarily Monday through Friday during standard business hours
  • Must be available as needed to support field operations, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturdays
  • Schedule may vary based on project demands, weather conditions, and critical construction activities---
