Wire Transfer Specialist

Pay: $18-$23/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
As a Wire Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of both domestic and international wire transfers, including data entry, verification, and release of transactions. This role also provides internal and external customers with accurate, courteous, and timely service.
Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations, specifically with wire transfers
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (experience may be obtained concurrently)
• Experience handling large-dollar wire transactions (including amounts up to tens of millions)

Skills & Abilities

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound discretion and maintain confidentiality
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight processing deadlines
• Strong judgment when handling sensitive financial matters
