RN - MedSurg/Tele ● About Facility: o 1 Medical Center Blvd. Winston-Salem, NC 27103 o 885 licensed beds o Level 1 Trauma Designation o Teaching Hospital: Yes, Academic Medical Center o Chest Pain Center o Stroke Center ● Unit Information: o Beds: 20 beds total, 10 in 5A and 10 in 5B o Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years of MedSurg experience o Will you accept a first-time traveler? No ● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o Transitional Care Unit o General MedSurg: CHF, COPD, kidney/liver
