Job Description:
The Cardiovascular Technologist in the Cath Lab is responsible for a variety of tasks including scrubbing, operating the table, and monitoring patients. Experience with diagnostic/interventional procedures is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Operate and scrub the table simultaneously.
- Call coverage 1-2 nights/week and 1-2 weekends/month with a 30-minute response time.
- Floating to Good Sam or Tacoma General as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year Cath Lab experience; additional IR experience strongly preferred.
- RCIS or RT(R), WA State License, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience with a comprehensive range of patient types in Cath Lab and EP procedures.
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
