We’re seeking an experienced LPN for a Long Term Care travel assignment in New York! This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive facility caring for a diverse patient population in a 40-bed unit.

Position Details:
• Shift: Evenings | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• 37.5 guaranteed hours/week
• Every other weekend required
• Must be willing to float to all units within the same building

Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care

Requirements

• Active NY LPN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
• Long Term Care experience
