We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented, and team-focused Food Runner / Expeditor who thrives in a high-energy environment and plays a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality food to our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about creating an outstanding dining experience through teamwork and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to guests.
- Ensure plates are complete, properly presented, and match tickets before leaving the kitchen.
- Act as a communication link between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assist in organizing tickets and coordinating timing of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas.
- Support servers and bussers as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or special requests clearly and efficiently.
- Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, and allergy considerations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification required shortly after hire.
