Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of IR experience for a 13-week assignment at a Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital setting, Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital with 733 staffed beds
- Interventional Radiology unit
- 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekends and call required
- Any call-outs for scheduled shifts may be required to be made up at the department's discretion
- May float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units
- Charting in Epic
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
- ARRT registration required
- Active state or compact license required; pending licenses are not accepted - license required if applicable
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the main campus to be eligible for this position
- SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Previously employed travelers must have been gone for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Travelers may only extend once on this contract before being required to leave for at least 6 months
- RTO is subject to manager's discretion, with a maximum of 4 days
- Only 1 holiday can be approved per contract
- Pre-start online modules are required (estimated 4–10 hours)
- Scrubs are provided
