Shift Supervisor – All Locations 

Weekend availability required | 1–2 years of specialty coffee experience

The Shift Supervisor is the on-the-floor team lead. You’ll delegate tasks, manage opening and closing routines, coach baristas in real time, and help maintain energy, pace, and consistency throughout service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your shift: delegate duties, coach peers, and keep service moving
• Reinforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards across the bar
• Help train and onboard new baristas
• Maintain calm and control during rushes, setting a positive tone for the team
• Organize daily prep, restock, and open/close responsibilities
• Offer customer-first service and problem-solving throughout your shift

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of specialty coffee experience required
• Confident communicator
• Organized, calm, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through

Compensation
The compensation for this position is $18.50 per hour to start, with potential for an increase to $19.00 per hour after 90 days. This position is also eligible for tips.
