Construction Remodeling Crew Member / Skilled Trades Laborer

We are currently seeking Commercial Construction Remodeling Crew Member / Skilled Trades Laborer ASAP to join our team!!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform renovation and remodeling work on residential and commercial projects
• Execute rough and finish carpentry tasks
• Install and repair custom millwork, trim, cabinetry, doors, and framing
• Assist with demolition, material handling, and general labor duties
• Prepare, pour, and finish concrete surfaces and structures
• Assist with structural steel erection and installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in construction remodeling, renovation, or related trades preferred
• Knowledge of carpentry, millwork, concrete, and/or steel erection practices
• Ability to use construction tools and equipment safely
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• OSHA certification is a plus
• High School Diploma

Preferred Skills

• Finish carpentry and detailed millwork installation
• Blueprint reading and layout skills
• Welding or steel framing experience
• Concrete forming and finishing experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
