About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
- Educate clients and families about mental health and wellness strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Active state Board of Counseling QMHP license .
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Compassionate demeanor and a strong commitment to client care.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
