Restoration Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Restoration Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors and subcontractors
• Drive to project site(s) to inspect water, fire and smoke damage for commercial and residential projects
• Plan and execute construction restoration and renovation projects
• Prepare work orders for scheduling and purchasing purposes
• Work with a reasonable budget to provide quality service and quality workmanship
• Negotiate with vendors to receive reasonable costs to maintain budgets
• Create project schedules and maintain progress for timely completion
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or construction management
• Previous experience in water, fire and smoke restoration
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Integrity and ability to work within a team environment
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Deadline and detail-oriented
