Skilled Laborer- 1st/2nd/3rd Shift

Location: Monticello, Indiana
Shift: 1st Shift  Hours 7am – 3:00 pm 2nd Shift  Hours 3:00pm – 11:00 pm  3rd Shift  Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am  

 Job Summary:

Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to support production and manufacturing operations. This position requires hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with assembly, fabrication, and production tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor direction
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support team members and other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools required
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position
• 1st ,2nd ,and 3rd shift opportunities available
• Overtime may be required
• Pay based on experience
