Quality Assurance Associate

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and tests at various stages of manufacturing to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.

• Inspect materials work in process and finished goods by comparing results to drawings specifications and quality standards.

• Identify defects segregate nonconforming items and report issues to quality leadership for timely resolution.

• Record inspection results document defects and support accurate maintenance of quality records and reports.

• Collaborate with quality and production teams to support continuous improvement and ensure issues are corrected prior to delivery.

Requirements:

• Bring working knowledge of quality assurance standards and manufacturing inspection practices.

• Demonstrate ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and related quality documentation.

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a changing manufacturing environment.

• Use computer based applications confidently with required proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications:

• Apply critical thinking and logical problem solving to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain strong focus on product quality safety and adherence to established procedures and standards.

• Support calibration awareness quality documentation control and record retention requirements.

• Demonstrate persistence and attention to detail when investigating quality deviations.

• Bring familiarity with recognized quality systems and inspection requirements considered beneficial.
