Location: Grand Rapids | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm; 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

What You’ll Do:

• Help run day-to-day production operations
• Keep production on track to hit deadlines
• Support, coach, and guide team leaders, trainers and production team members on the floor
• Make sure quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain quality control and instruct staff regarding customer specifications.
• Control labor and other expenses in-line with revenue.

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience
• Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience preferred
• Someone reliable who shows up ready to work

• A strong communicator who works well with others
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving

What You Need: 

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer or Microsoft Office skills preferred
• Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift

Experience

Preferred

• At least one year experience in a supervisory setting of 10 or more employees, motivating and engaging the team to produce positive outcomes.
• Three years experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
