Since 2017, we've been honing our craft at concerts and events from SF to Vegas, and now we’re expanding our roots to our Costa Mesa and San Juan Capistrano locations. We’re in an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for high-energy Prep and Line Cooks who have a passion and a drive to lead as we scale up. Reliable: You show up on time, looking sharp in your black shirt/pants and non-slip shoes. Detail-Oriented: You understand that "Presentation is Everything"—from the way a sandwich is wrapped to the diagonal layout of the food paper.
