We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon with a strong focus on spine surgery to join a well-established and highly reputable spine-focused practice in Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment with access to advanced surgical facilities and a steady patient volume.

Position Overview
  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Primary focus on diagnosing and treating spine-related conditions
  • Perform surgical interventions for acute and chronic spine disorders
  • Work across both a physician-owned ambulatory surgery center and a local hospital setting
  • Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality patient care
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with spine conditions
  • Perform complex spine surgeries (minimally invasive and traditional approaches)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing clinical development and adopt the latest surgical techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
  • Specialized training and expertise in spine surgery
  • Eligible for or holding an active Oregon medical license
  • Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in neurosurgery

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $700,000 – $1,000,000+ (depending on experience)
