Position Overview

A highly respected, large multi-specialty orthopaedic group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon with fellowship training to join its expanding team.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering comprehensive musculoskeletal care from acute injuries to complex chronic conditions.

The position primarily serves patients within a high-demand coastal region, offering a strong referral network and immediate patient volume.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of hand and upper extremity conditions
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with orthopaedic specialists and allied healthcare professionals
  • Participate in clinical research and continuous learning initiatives (optional but encouraged)
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on outcomes
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Hand Surgery (required)
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Florida
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
