What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 34-bed Level III NICU with diverse case acuity
• Conduct daily rounds, manage patient care plans, and support family education
• Collaborate within a team of 2 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs
• Oversee 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and neonatal transports
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical excellence
• Support approximately 1,500–2,000 annual deliveries
• Maintain compliance with evidence-based protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a collegial and supportive clinical environment that promotes professional development

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Pediatrics with Neonatology fellowship training
• Desire to work in a collaborative team setting
• Residency within immediate local area or willingness to relocate

Preferred:

• 1+ years of NICU experience
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care
