Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
\n
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to ensure effective and efficient surgery operations.
\n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition during and after surgery.
\n
• Administer medications and IV fluids as required during surgical procedures.
\n
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
\n
• Participate in on-call duties as discussed during interviews.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• At least 2 years of recent OR experience with travel, or 3 years of recent OR experience with no travel.
\n
• Must have an active RN license in Tennessee or a compact RN license meeting NLC guidelines.
\n
• Candidates should live at least 100 miles from the facility.
\n
• Experience in circulating within the operating room is required; scrubbing is not involved in this position.
\n
• Flu vaccination is required without exemptions; COVID-19 vaccine is not mandatory.
\n
• Ability to comply with all facility policies and participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.
\n
