Shift:\n\nNight 4x10-Hour (20:00 - 06:30)\n\n \n\nWork Experience:\n
- \n\t
- Review, verify, and dispense medications for hospitalized patients according to physician orders. \n\t
- Monitor patient medication therapies for safety, effectiveness, drug interactions, and proper dosing. \n\t
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans. \n\t
- Maintain accurate medication records, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and provide drug information and education to staff and patients \n
\nPharmD, RPh*, TX LIC\n\n \n\nCertifications:
\nBLS/CPR Certification.
