Shift:
\nDay 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)\n\nNight 4x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00)\n\n \n\nWork Experience:\n
- \n\t
- Review and verify physicians’ medication orders for accuracy, dosage, drug interactions, and patient safety in hospitalized patients. \n\t
- Prepare, dispense, and manage inpatient medications, including IV drugs, antibiotics, and controlled substances according to hospital protocols. \n\t
- Monitor patients’ medication therapy, assess treatment effectiveness, and collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimize care. \n\t
- Provide drug information, counseling, and guidance to healthcare staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards \n
\nRPh\n\n \n\nCertifications:
\nBLS/CPR Certification.
