Position Overview
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join a growing, patient-focused practice in Abilene, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care in a collaborative environment, with a strong emphasis on interventional spine, pain management, and musculoskeletal medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions
• Perform interventional procedures, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine injections
• Conduct and interpret EMG and nerve conduction studies
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists and referring providers
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or board eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Fellowship or advanced training in interventional spine, pain management, or musculoskeletal medicine (preferred)
• Demonstrated procedural proficiency in spine interventions
• Experience with EMG diagnostics
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
