• Support: OB hospitalists, nocturnists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, MFM ARNPs

• Provide comprehensive MFM care for high-risk pregnancies across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions using advanced prenatal diagnostics (ultrasound, genetic testing)
• Perform full-scope MFM procedures and specialized reproductive services
• Manage a high-acuity patient population in a facility supporting 7,500+ annual deliveries
• Consult regionally at Everett and Issaquah, supporting broader referral networks across the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska
• Provide postpartum care support in coordination with advanced practice providers
• Participate in home call with strong 24/7 hospital support
• Work in a state-of-the-art facility featuring 70+ bed NICU and PICU
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of OB/GYN residents
• Contribute to clinical research initiatives
• Maintain high standards in evidence-based care, quality improvement, and patient safety
• Opportunities to utilize or expand skills in fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling (CVS)
