Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit/Intermediate Care/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver patient care in a Level I Trauma Center with large hospital experience.
\n
• Provide specialized patient care in a Stepdown/Med Surg overflow setting.
\n
• Monitor and assess cardiac, pulmonary, and other disease processes continuously.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all NLC guidelines and facility protocols.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support services to optimize patient outcomes.
\n
• Participate in process improvements to enhance care quality and customer satisfaction.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field; 3+ years preferred.
\n
• Possession of an active RN license in Tennessee or a compact license under NLC guidelines.
\n
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required.
\n
• Prior experience in Level I trauma centers and large hospitals essential.
\n
• Proven travel nursing background with at least one previous assignment.
\n
• Preference given to candidates with EPIC system experience.
\n
