CNC Machine tool operator

Operate Mazak CNC turning and/or machining centers (when trained).

Operate overhead crane to load/unload steel bars (when trained).

Operate forklift (once certified).

Operate support equipment (drill press, grinder or bar feeder when trained).

Read prints and routing sheets

Measure parts with appropriate gages (micrometer, dial caliper or CMM when trained))

Make adjustment to tooling (when trained)

Fill out inspection sheets.

MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep work area clean and organized.

Change or rotate inserts when worn.

Change drills or taps when worn or broken.

Help around the shop.

Assist with maintenance if required.

High School diploma

Must pay close attention to detail.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older
