Location: Warwick, RI
Compensation: $45-$50/hour
Schedule: 40 hours, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Rehabilitation

A skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care services for individuals recovering from illness or injury.
Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from illness or injury
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient rehabilitation goals
Requirements
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Weekend availability required
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
