In-Field Team Member - Part-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Moving Team Members to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Physical Tasks: Lift and move items up to 100 pounds, including packing boxes, stacking trucks, loading, unloading, and assembling/disassembling both commercial and household goods.
• Team Collaboration: Work consistently with a team to meet and exceed quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety at all times, following protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Adaptability: Handle moving tasks in various weather conditions, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
• Tool and Equipment Use: Show general competency with tools and moving equipment, assisting with the setup and maintenance of gear as needed.
• Team Support: Assist team leaders and operations managers in accomplishing moving tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 100 pounds or more and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required to ensure you can contribute to various aspects of the moving process.
• Box Truck Driving: Previous experience with or willingness to learn to drive large box trucks.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
• Attention to Detail: Critical assessment skills to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to prioritizing safety and following best practices.
• Tool Competency: Basic understanding and usage of tools and moving equipment.
