The Clinical Nurse Program Manager (CNPM)is focused on the overall nursing quality strategy to impact MGB quality goals guided by the high reliability framework. CNPM is able to articulate the concepts of a high reliability organization (HRO) and participate in all aspects of the HRO culture, including collaborating with local and MGB team members. Promotes evidenced-based practice, advances a nursing culture of safety and fosters a psychologically safe environment. Identifies and works to mitigate risks. Embedded in clinical areas, the CNPM will audit and monitor practices, process measures, & provide feedback for accountability, to improve quality patient outcomes.
