What It Takes to Crush It
- 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical build experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You'll Be Cranking Out
- Assemble products based on customer specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documents
- Develop assembly plans and determine efficient procedures using experience and product knowledge
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies accurately
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, fit, and function standards are met
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production teams to meet deadlines
