Events & Promotions Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Handles the logistics for events & promotions, gifts pickups and Slot & Bj Tournaments set-up and breakdown.
• Assists with all decor such as Balloon Columns & centerpieces
• Trains, schedules and coaches event/promotion associates.
• Occasional cash handling. Must receive cash handling instructions and abide by property cash handling policies and procedures.
• Assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous, respectful manner. Provides superior guest service to all guests.
• Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events. Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
• Upholds the Mission Statement - We create authentic experiences that rock.
• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.

• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must possess basic computer skills and knowledgeable with casino computer systems, and Microsoft applications

High School (preferred)

6 months minimum work experience as events/promotions associate. (preferred)

MS Gaming License (preferred)
