***Environmental Supervisor***

Salary: Starting at $50,000

Legacy Healthcare Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Environmental Director to lead our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry Departments. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.

Manage department budgets, inventory, and supplies efficiently.

Supervise, train, and support environmental services staff.

Work closely with leadership to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in maintenance, housekeeping, environmental services, or a related field.

Knowledge of building maintenance, OSHA regulations, and infection control procedures.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a healthcare setting and prioritize resident safety.
