As a Cooler/Freezer Trainer, you’ll not only handle unloading, receiving, and picking chilled and frozen items – you’ll also guide new and current team members to make sure everyone works safely, accurately, and efficiently. You’ll be hands-on, leading by example, coaching on procedures, and helping the team stay on track.

Responsibilities:- Pick unit items for shipment accurately and efficiently to keep operations moving.
- Select full-case products for outbound pallets and stage them properly for smooth loading.
- Receive, put away, and replenish items safely, accurately, and efficiently in reserve and forward pick locations.
- Handle all inventory with care to prevent damage and maintain quality.
- Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
- Complete logs accurately – including production records, equipment inspections, and master cleaning schedules.
- Train team members through hands-on guidance and procedure reviews, while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.
- Lead with professionalism, respect, and a positive, welcoming attitude – showing Sheetz culture and values in every interaction.
- Provide regular feedback and help maintain accurate, up-to-date training documents and SOPs.

Education
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
- Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred
- Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer
