Direct Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable, motivated Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to support a growing logistics initiative within our organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career—not just take a job—in a fast-paced, customer-focused warehousing and transportation environment.

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for completing local delivery routes using a transit van or 26ft box truck, transporting cases and palletized products, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service to our customers. This position requires frequent lifting, hand delivery, and the ability to safely maneuver material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.

• Safely operate a company transit van for local pick-ups and deliveries.

• Load, unload, and hand-deliver cases, packages, and palletized product.

• Use a pallet jack and other basic material handling equipment when needed.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and electronic records.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.

• Follow all DOT requirements applicable to non-CDL commercial transportation.

• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at each delivery location

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

• Previous delivery, route driving, warehouse, courier, or related experience preferred (CDL not required).

• Familiarity with basic vehicle inspections and safety procedures.
