Taylored Control Services is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician with strong knowledge of Silent Knight fire alarm systems. We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician who can handle installation, troubleshooting, programming, inspections, and service work for commercial fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial fire alarm systems
• Program and diagnose Silent Knight systems
• Perform inspections and testing in accordance with NFPA standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code

Qualifications

• Experience with Silent Knight fire alarm systems required
• Prior experience in commercial fire alarm installation and service
• Knowledge of NFPA 72 and low-voltage systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and program fire alarm panels
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• NICET certification
• Experience with access control or security systems
•
