Warehouse Forklift Operator

PrideStaff is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in Otay Mesa. This is a great opportunity for a skilled driver who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in a job well done. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, and stage pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trailers and shipping containers using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ensure all products are placed in their designated locations and maintain an organized workspace.
• Strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Must have recent forklift operating experience 
• Skills: Strong spatial awareness and the ability to maneuver in tight warehouse aisles.
• Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to assist with team coordination.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable.

Position Overview

• Location: Otay Mesa, CA
• Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
• Status: Full-Time
