Delivery Driver / Merchandiser

We are currently looking for Drivers, where you will be the lead of a two-person team. You will be assigned to an established route of customers where you and your team member will deliver and restock break room items. This will include snacks, beverages, coffee and break room supplies, etc.

This is a Monday through Friday position.

Shift time is either 3:00 am - 11:30am or 4:00 am - 12:30 pm depending on the route you are assigned to.

General Responsibilities:

• Start and end each day at our San Leandro warehouse.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean company vehicle each day. You will be driving an Isuzu truck with a 14' box end. *Previous experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
• Stock bins/baskets and coolers with merchandise -rotating older inventory to the front, understanding some food safety.
• Stock storage areas of all other breakroom supplies, such as coffee, cream, sugar, plates, snacks, drinks, etc.
• Check inventory at each delivery and place new orders based on established par levels.
• Change displays as needed to accommodate customer requests.
• Regular light cleaning of coffee brewers, and other equipment we have loaned to the customer.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image while on site at our customers.

Skills and Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. A DMV printout is required.
• Must have outstanding customer service skills and be a team player.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills are a must.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, as well as safely lift, push, pull, reach and bend.
