We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and plant infrastructure. This hands-on role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain/Audit CMMS software Fiix.
• Parts inventory management and control
• Utilize ERP software to order parts and supplies.
• Utilize mentorship within the team to broaden scope of knowledge
• Continued training on job specific duties and skills
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the facility's equipment
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities with a wide range of equipment.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
• Ability to demonstrate skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machinery and related equipment
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Fiix System Management:
o Maintain and update asset records within the Fiix system.
o Ensure all maintenance tickets are accurately logged, updated, and closed promptly.
o Generate and distribute weekly Fiix system reports summarizing maintenance activities and KPIs.
Human Resources
• Preventive Maintenance:
o Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks based on manufacturer recommendations and operational needs.
o Monitor completion of PM activities and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Inventory & Parts Management:
o Maintain an up-to-date parts list, including critical spare parts inventory.
o Ensure parts availability for scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• General Maintenance Support:
o Assist with hands-on maintenance activities as needed.
o Support troubleshooting and corrective actions for equipment issues.
Required Skills/Abilities
• Experience with CMMS platforms (preferably Fiix).
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.

Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking through the factory and sitting at a desk working on computers
• Mental capacity to manage stressful workloads.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity to inspect product and machinery.

Education and Experience
• Minimum 1-year industrial maintenance experience
• High school diploma or GED required.
• An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance/engineering a plus.
