Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform 3D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, and stereotactic biopsies.
- Conduct fine needle aspirations and needle localizations accurately.
- Perform and interpret screening mammograms while ensuring patient safety.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all procedures conducted.
- Adhere to infection control practices, using appropriate PPE as necessary.
- Participate in continuous education to maintain the latest technical expertise.
- BLS and ARRT (R) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with 3D mammography and related procedures.
- At least one previous travel assignment required.
- DC license required at time of submission; pending license may be accepted.
- Must provide CEU credits and mammography procedure numbers for past 2 years.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting.
