Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation using Epic charting system.
- Adapt treatment plans to accommodate patient progress and facility needs.
- Participate actively during emergency response teams during hurricane seasons as required.
- Current SC or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License required at start of contract.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
- BLS certification required.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate care with medical team and patients.
- Flexible to float between sister facilities when needed.
- Willingness to adhere to facility guidelines and hurricane preparedness protocols.
