Job Description & Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016 -
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
Valid Drivers License (DL) and must be at least 21 yrs of age or older - Day Shift Service area is Chico/Oroville. Monday - Friday. Looking for someone with prior home health experience (1 year would suffice). Willing to train, if you do not have experience. Right now the primary need is in Butte County.
