Hardscapes

The Hardscapes role involves working on both commercial and residential projects, focusing on the design, construction, and maintenance of outdoor hardscape features. Candidates will collaborate within medium-sized teams of 6-10 people to deliver high-quality hardscaping work, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to bring design plans to life while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites for hardscape installation, ensuring readiness for construction activities
• Select appropriate materials suited for project specifications
• Construct and install hardscape elements following design interpretations
• Maintain and repair existing hardscape structures as needed
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently during all phases of work
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and project progress

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hardscaping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with concrete work
• Proficiency in operating landscaping and construction equipment
• Understanding of landscaping principles
• Strong client communication skills
• Good physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor tasks
