Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - X-Ray Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to produce high-quality radiographs
- Ensure compliance with radiology safety standards and practice radiation safety protocols
- Accurately position patients and apply shielding to minimize radiation exposure
- Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide care that meets patient needs
- Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Valid ARRT R and WA State or Compact license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an X-Ray Tech
- Experience in Trauma Level I and II facilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning and image critique
