2nd Shift Electronic Assembler Details:
- Temporary position
- $19.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm)
- Assemble electronic components and subassemblies, including power supplies and routers, according to work instructions and schematics.
- Perform electronic testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Work with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components and equipment.
- Perform soldering (through-hole and/or SMT) to IPC or company standards.
- Operate within production flow lines, supporting team-based manufacturing processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and correct assembly or component issues when possible.
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout the assembly process.
- Follow detailed work instructions for more complex and technical assemblies.
- Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
2nd Shift Electronic Assembler Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Electronic Assembler, SMT Operator, or similar role preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SMT components, soldering, and electronic testing.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Experience assembling power supplies, routers, or similar electronic equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, flow-line environment.
- Comfortable performing detailed and complex assembly tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical manufacturing environment.
